Fengyang Technology and Jesse Wu introduce the FY Air Floating Carrying Case, a groundbreaking innovation in load handling that utilizes air floating technology to provide safe, efficient, and economical carrying solutions for a variety of load moving problems.

With a self-weight of only 25kg, the FY Air Floating Carrying Case is capable of easy floating movement on the ground under a maximum load of 16 tons. This remarkable product utilizes compressed air as the driving force and air-floating modules as the core bearing component, resulting in a carrying solution that is not only safe and efficient but also environmentally friendly with low energy consumption.

The unique carrying model of the FY Air Floating Carrying Case allows for individual usage or combination with gantry cranes and forklifts, providing flexibility in various handling scenarios. Its innovative design ensures no assembly tools are needed, no consumables are required, and no damage is done to the ground during operation, making it a practical and cost-effective solution for heavy load handling.

The FY Air Floating Carrying Case is manufactured using high-quality materials that adhere to international environmental protection standards. The product fulfills zero emission requirements, ensuring that its air emission equals the input of its air source, resulting in 100% zero addition.

Key specifications of the FY Air Floating Carrying Case include one controller, four air-floating modules, two 6-meter and two 4-meter air pipes, and one storage case. The total weight of the product is approximately 25kg, with the storage case measuring 430mm in width, 330mm in depth, and 700mm in height. The combined loading capacity of the four air-floating modules is an impressive 16 tons.

"When the air-floating modules are connected to the air source, a thin film of air is formed under each module, minimizing friction and allowing for easy and accurate movement and positioning of objects," explains Jesse Wu, the designer behind the FY Air Floating Carrying Case. "The shake-free carrying process ensures the safety of workers and the objects being transferred."

The development of the FY Air Floating Carrying Case began in 2014 in Urumqi, China, and was officially launched in November 2020 at the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF). The design team, led by Jesse Wu, conducted extensive research to create a solution that would revolutionize load handling. The team analyzed data from laboratory and field research, testing and examining the product multiple times to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.

The main challenge faced during the design process was achieving optimal performance on different ground surfaces, with various loads and working conditions, while also considering energy consumption. This required expertise from multiple disciplines, including fluid engineering, material engineering, and mechanical engineering.

The FY Air Floating Carrying Case has been recognized for its exceptional design and functionality, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Prosumer Products, Tools, and Machinery Design category in 2021. This prestigious award honors designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
